Missão do cargo:

Conduzir veículos da instituição para transportar a equipe de profissionais da saúde, garantindo a segurança, eficiência e pontualidade nos atendimentos domiciliares; zelando pela segurança dos passageiros e conservação do veículo.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Carteira de Habilitação - Categoria B e D (que exerça atividade remunerada)
  • Conhecimento do sistema elétrico e mecânico de veículos
  • Conhecimento para inspecionar veículos verificando seu estado geral (nível de óleo do cárter, nível de água do radiador, nível de água da bateria)
  • Conhecimento para inspecionar o estado geral dos pneus, calibrando-os quando necessário.
  • Direção Defensiva e Leis vigentes de trânsito
  • Habilidade para dirigir veículos utilitários e vans

Atividades do cargo:

  • Responsável por trabalhar transportando passageiros, cargas, documentos e outros materiais envolvidos com toda área de transportes do atendimento domiciliar;
  • Dirigir veículos transportando equipe multidisciplinar e materiais até a residência dos pacientes assistidos pelo programa, conforme solicitação, zelando pela segurança dos passageiros e conservação do veículo que lhe for entregue;
  • Prestar ajuda no carregamento e descarregamento de materiais, encaminhando-os ao local destinado;
  • Responsável em verificar as demandas dos agendamentos para o transporte;
  • Manter os veículos em perfeitas condições de funcionamento e limpeza;
  • Comunicar a administração os possíveis problemas nos carros que são locados, realizar check list diário;
  • Realizar as coletas de leite para o hospital e coleta de sangue para distribuir de acordo com as demandas;
  • Promover o abastecimento de combustível, água e óleo, Verificar o grau de densidade, bateria e nível de água, bem como, a calibração dos pneus; e prestar conta destas ações ao administrativo;
  • Verificar o funcionamento do sistema elétrico, lâmpadas, faróis, sinaleiras, buzinas e indicadores de direção;
  • Realizar o transporte de terceiros e prestadores de serviços, realizando o deslocamento entre aeroportos, hotéis e operadora, prezando pela qualidade no atendimento e realização dos serviços;
  • Comunicar os períodos de troca e revisão para providenciar a lubrificação quando indicada;
  • Manter atualizado o documento de habilitação profissional;
  • Recolher o veículo à garagem ou local destinado quando concluída a jornada do dia, comunicando ao responsável qualquer defeito que possivelmente possa surgir.
