Para integrar nosso time você precisa: estar alinhado(a) com nosso propósito de cuidar de pessoas, gostar de desafios, ter iniciativa, empatia e vontade de transformar.#SomosUniIncríveis #JeitoDeCuidarUnimed 💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e gerenciar projetos estratégicos e de alta complexidade relacionados à Tecnologia da Informação, Infraestrutura, Sistemas e Transformação Digital, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio;Planejar, executar, monitorar, controlar e encerrar projetos de implantação, evolução e integração de sistemas, infraestrutura tecnológica, redes, ambientes, segurança, dados e soluções digitais;Aplicar metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos, como PMI, Agile/Scrum, Kanban e abordagens híbridas, adequando o modelo de gestão às características de cada iniciativa;Gerenciar de forma integrada escopo, cronograma, orçamento, qualidade, recursos, riscos, dependências, comunicação e stakeholders dos projetos;Coordenar projetos envolvendo ERP, sistemas corporativos, integrações, APIs, infraestrutura, cloud, redes, banco de dados, segurança da informação, BI e demais soluções de TI;Atuar na interface entre áreas de negócio, equipes técnicas, fornecedores e parceiros, traduzindo necessidades organizacionais em entregas estruturadas de tecnologia;Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares e fornecedores, acompanhando entregas técnicas, marcos, contratos, dependências e critérios de aceite;Identificar riscos técnicos e de negócio, desenvolver planos de mitigação e contingência e acompanhar continuamente pontos críticos que possam comprometer as entregas;Acompanhar indicadores, dashboards e métricas de desempenho dos projetos, identificando desvios e conduzindo ações corretivas e preventivas;Estruturar e acompanhar planos de implantação, testes, homologação, migração, cutover, go-live e estabilização, garantindo adequada transição dos projetos para a operação e sustentação;Apoiar iniciativas de modernização tecnológica, transformação digital, automação e integração de processos e sistemas;Gerenciar expectativas dos stakeholders e promover comunicação executiva sobre andamento, riscos, decisões, resultados e necessidades de escalonamento;Garantir a adequada governança dos projetos, incluindo documentação, gestão de mudanças, decisões, lições aprendidas e acompanhamento dos benefícios esperados;Promover a utilização de ferramentas de gestão de projetos, colaboração, BI e monitoramento para ampliar a visibilidade, rastreabilidade e previsibilidade das entregas;Estimular a cultura de melhoria contínua, inovação e boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos no ambiente de Tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Engenharia (Produção, Industrial, Civil), Gestão de Projetos, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação, MBA ou especializações em Gestão de Projetos; Habilidade com liderança e gerenciamento de projetos estratégicos complexos na estruturação de Hospitais do Sistema Unimed ou correlatos;Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares, controlando prazos, custos, escopo e riscos, e implementando soluções inovadoras e transformação digital para otimização dos processos.Diferencial:Experiência em projetos de TI no setor de saúde, operadoras de planos de saúde ou Sistema Unimed;Experiência com implantação ou evolução de ERP e sistemas hospitalares/assistenciais, integrações e interoperabilidade;Conhecimentos em cloud, infraestrutura, redes, segurança da informação, APIs, banco de dados, BI e arquitetura de integrações.
