Para nós, cooperar, compartilhar ideias e integrar diferentes pontos de vista é o que fortalece nosso time e impulsiona a inovação.Aqui, você encontra oportunidades de crescimento, desenvolvimento e a chance de contribuir para um futuro mais saudável e humano.Vem com a gente cuidar de vidas!Responsabilidades e atribuições Avaliar as capacidades funcionais, cognitivas, sensoriais e psicossociais dos pacientes, identificando limitações no desempenho ocupacional; Elaborar e executar planos terapêuticos individualizados, com foco na reabilitação, desenvolvimento de habilidades e promoção da autonomia; Utilizar atividades lúdicas, educativas e funcionais para promover o desempenho nas atividades de vida diária (AVDs), vida prática e habilidades sociais;Confeccionar e/ou adaptar recursos terapêuticos; Orientar familiares e cuidadores sobre a continuidade do cuidado em casa, promovendo a generalização dos ganhos terapêuticos; Registrar a evolução dos pacientes, elaborar relatórios e participar da construção de programas terapêuticos em conjunto com equipe multiprofissional; Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional em discussões de caso e construção de planos terapêuticos integrados; Participar de reuniões clínicas e atividades de educação permanente do Espaço Viver Bem; Solicitar à gestão os materiais e recursos necessários para a realização das atividades psicológicas, zelando pelo uso adequado e pela disponibilidade contínua dos itens essenciais ao atendimento; Realizar a construção e revisão de documentos junto a área de Qualidade (POP’s, PRS’s e documentos afins); Zelar pelo cumprimento dos protocolos institucionais, normas de segurança e ética profissional.
