Esta oportunidade de Analista de Planejamento II - GRPS será para atuar na Gerência de Relacionamento com os Prestadores dando suporte no desenvolvimento das estratégias de negociação, analisando cenários de impacto financeiro, desenvolvendo e acompanhando indicadores de performance, assim como cronogramas de negociação e liderando os projetos desta natureza. Este profissional atuará na governança dos projetos e na implantação de melhorias, incluindo novos processos e ferramentas que contribuam para a eficiência da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análises financeiras, de impacto de negociações e de cenários de média complexidade.Estruturar e monitorar indicadores operacionais e táticos, garantindo dados consistentes.Conduzir o controle e o acompanhamento dos planos de ação da área, atuando para garantir sua execução.Acompanhar a organização e atualização dos documentos de processos e de gestão da qualidade, apoiando na conformidade com padrões estabelecidos.Atuar diretamente na governança dos projetos, na construção de cronogramas e no acompanhamento de entregas.Participar da implantação de projetos de melhoria, como implementação de novos softwares, sistemas ou ferramentas de gestão da área, sob orientação do nível III ou da liderança.Acompanhar o orçamento da área, monitorando desvios e apoiando o controle financeiro.Apoiar tecnicamente processos de negociação, por meio de análises e simulações.Contribuir na identificação e mitigação de riscos operacionais.Disseminar boas práticas, apoiar auditorias internas e promover a cultura de gestão por indicadores e melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação para esta posição: Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas afins.Qualificações:Especialização em Processos, Projetos, Inovação e/ou Planejamento;Conhecimento de Microsoft Office.Informações adicionaisSomos um time apaixonado por cuidar de pessoas — e fazemos isso com propósito, entrega e brilho nos olhos! 💫 Somos a 2ª melhor empresa no ranking de saúde GPTW e a 5ª melhor empresa para trabalhar no RS! 🏆 E tem mais: neste ano conquistamos o 45º lugar no Ranking GPTW BRASIL! 🩺 Tudo isso é reflexo de um clima incrível, construído por gente que acredita no que faz!Vem com a gente conquistar ainda mais! 🚀 ORGULHO DE SER GPTW RS, BRASIL E SAÚDE!
