Venha Conferir!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na área do Laboratório, recebendo amostras biológicas oriundas dos postos de coleta, pronto atendimentos e hospitais da Unimed Porto Alegre;Manter um fluxo adequado de recebimento e avaliação de amostras, conforme estabelecidos em protocolos;Triar o material biológico entregue ao laboratório, de forma automatizada ou manualmente, centrifugando e realizando alíquotas, quando necessário.Direcionar os materiais biológicos para os setores de processamento;Cadastrar e enviar amostras para os laboratórios de apoio;Enviar amostras para os núcleos técnicos operacionais hospitalares (NTOs);Avaliar e registrar as não conformidades dos processos;Cadastrar e enviar amostras biológicas para laboratórios de apoio, seguindo as orientações de cada exame (centrifugação, congelamento, alíquotas, material protegido da luz e outros).Avaliar as amostras e registrar não conformidades do processo, informando ao setor de atendimento interno, qualquer necessidade de recoleta.Realizar o armazenamento de amostras biológicas, bem como o seu descarte.Realizar a limpeza, manutenção e registro dos equipamentos do setor, incluindo a verificação da temperatura de refrigeradores, freezeres e ambiente.Registrar e disseminar rotinas alinhadas à cultura da qualidade e segurança do paciente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário que tenha:Ensino médio completo;Boa comunicação interpessoal.Não é necessário, mas será um diferencial se tiver:Experiência na área laboratorial;Realização de cursos técnicos da área.Informações adicionaisSomos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
