Será responsável pelo acompanhamento, elaboração e disseminação de rotinas alinhadas à segurança do paciente, além de manter comunicação eficaz com a equipe multiprofissional para garantir um cuidado integral. Também orientará a equipe de técnicos de enfermagem, atuando na análise e melhoria contínua dos processos assistenciais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência qualificada aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade e realizar o acompanhamento do processo assistencial, garantindo a qualidade e excelência do serviço prestado, com foco na satisfação do paciente;Elaborar, registrar e disseminar rotinas alinhadas à cultura da qualidade e segurança do paciente;Manter a comunicação verbal e escrita eficaz com a equipe multiprofissional, com o objetivo de gerar cuidado integral ao paciente;Orientar as práticas da equipe de técnicos de enfermagem;Auditar e criticar os processos, utilizando o referencial teórico, com foco na melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação para esta posição:Ensino Superior Completo em Enfermagem (Coren ativo).Qualificações:Vivência na área de pediatria e/ou emergência.Experiência em Classificação de risco e Curso PALS (desejável).Informações adicionais Somos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
