E para nos ajudar a construir essa missão estamos à procura de Atendente de Relacionamento que goste de encantar, que preze a eficiência na interação entre a empresa e o cliente gerando um relacionamento positivo.Se você compartilha dos mesmos valores, será uma satisfação vê você escrever a sua trajetória com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar ligações de beneficiários do Sistema Unimed Teresina/Intermed e Intercâmbio;Acompanhamento de protocolos via portal do beneficiário: Analisar e responder de forma assertiva para não intercorrer em reclamadas;Garantir o atendimento efetivo em todos os canais de Relacionamento com o Cliente;Realizar as tratativas corretas às solicitações feitas via os canais de atendimento aos clientes intercâmbio;Fornecer informações diversas aos beneficiários, prestadores e cooperados quanto a contratos, produtos, serviços e informações institucionais;Informar as negativas oficialmente para os clientes conforme preconizado as RNs e contratual;Atualizar cadastros com imputes diretamente no sistema de Gestão;Analisar e resolver pendências técnicas e financeiras;Realizar negociação de Débitos aos clientes inadimplentes;Identificar potenciais de conversão para solicitações de cancelamento do plano;Seguir roteiros de atendimento através dos Multicanais sendo ativo ou receptivo;Atender os clientes para de fato resolver problemas técnicos, burocráticos ou operacionais;Efetuar a retenção ou recuperação de clientes através do Relacionamento com o Cliente;Prestar orientação para a rede credenciada;Identificar necessidades dos Clientes e repassar ao supervisor para a tomada de decisão;Enviar mensagens por e-mail ou SMS após o término do atendimento através da ferramenta de CRM;Direcionar e encaminhar atendimentos específicos às áreas;Demonstrar capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral;Usar técnicas de negociação e persuasão;Prestar atendimento com presteza e clareza para fornecer informações, sanar dúvidas dos clientes;Cumprir metas conforme preconiza a normas da ANS, Intercâmbio e Lei do SAC.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável ensino superior em andamento em Administração ou áreas afins;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;Desejável conhecimentos com as normativas da ANS e com Operadoras de Saúde;Pacote Office – Básico;Disponibilidade para jornada de 36h/semanais - Escala 6x1;Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Ticket AlimentaçãoPlano de saúde (após o período de experiência)Plano Odontológico (após o período de experiência)Day Off no mês do aniversário.
