Se você é esse profissional, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Se você compartilha dos mesmos valores, será uma satisfação vê você escrever a sua trajetória com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar tarefas operacionais, com foco no apoio à equipeSeguir instruções e procedimentos estabelecidos para a execução das atividade;Colaborar nas tarefas cotidianas do setor e auxiliar em processos mais complexos, conforme orientações;Apoiar na coleta de dados ou informações para indicadores da área onde atua;Dar suporte geral às atividades da área, atuar com autonomia e cumprir instruções e prazos definidos para suas atividades;Dispensar (procura, identificação, seleção, preparação) medicamentos e materiais hospitalares, atendendo às requisições médicas;Montar e distribuir kits hospitalares e cirúrgicos;Lançar a saída de itens de medicamentos e materiais hospitalares solicitados (dispensados) através de máquina leitora de código de barras para medicamentos e manual para os materiais hospitalares;Solicitar, receber, conferir e armazenar itens de medicamentos e materiais hospitalares;Fracionar (corte), selar, etiquetar e embalar comprimidos;Guardar e controlar os medicamentos psicotrópicos;Executar o inventário rotativo;Verificar e registrar diariamente a temperatura ambiente, das geladeiras e umidade, em formulário próprio;Etiquetar os medicamentos ampolas ou frascos;Realizar o fracionamento de medicamentos multidoses;Receber a devolução de medicamentos e materiais da enfermagem, realizando uma conferência por lote e validade e armazenar no estoque;Conservar os medicamentos em condições seguras, preservando a qualidade, considerando o prazo de validade para movimentação dos medicamentos;Receber a devolução de medicamentos e materiais da enfermagem, realizando uma conferência por lote e validade e armazenar no estoque;Conhecer, aplicar, promover e sugerir normas e condutas voltadas para a segurança no trabalho e preservação ambiental, participando dos programas promovidos pela unidade, contribuindo para a eliminação de situações que possam representar riscos de acidentes no trabalho e degradação do meio ambiente;Manter-se atualizado quanto aos avanços tecnológicos referentes à sua área de atuação, visando o aprimoramento profissional, repasse de conhecimentos, sugestões de melhorias em equipamentos e processos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua;Zelar pela conservação dos bens patrimoniais, solicitando manutenção, reparo e/ou reposição, sempre que necessário;Executar outras atividades correlatas, a critério da gestão imediata.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Pacote Office Básico;Ter experiência comprovada na função;Ter conhecimentos de armazenagem de medicamentos;Ter conhecimento das metas de segurança do paciente;Disponibilidade para escala 12x36 (diurno).Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Plano de saúde (após o período de experiência);Ticket de Alimentação;Plano Odontológico (após o período de experiência).Day Off no mês do seu aniversário
