Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar auditoria retrospectiva de contas de atendimentos de beneficiários da Unimed Teresina e de outras Unimeds, realizados na rede credenciada à Unimed Teresina;Elaborar relatórios técnicos decorrentes das auditorias retrospectivas realizadas;Assegurar que os itens apresentados para pagamento estejam devidamente respaldados pela assistência efetivamente realizada e documentada, contribuindo para a qualidade assistencial, conformidade dos processos, controle de custos e sustentabilidade da operação.Realizar auditoria in loco nos prestadores, contemplando:Auditoria à beira do leito: acompanhar a assistência prestada, avaliando a qualidade, segurança, pertinência dos cuidados e adequação dos recursos utilizados;Gestão da internação: acompanhar casos de maior complexidade e permanência prolongada, identificando oportunidades de intervenção, adequação da assistência e desospitalização;Auditoria em Centro Cirúrgico: acompanhar os procedimentos cirúrgicos, avaliando a assistência prestada, os recursos utilizados e a conformidade dos registros assistenciais;Análise de materiais, medicamentos e OPME: verificar a pertinência, utilização, quantidade e rastreabilidade dos materiais, medicamentos e OPME utilizados nos procedimentos;Análise e controle de custos: identificar oportunidades de adequação, desperdícios e inconsistências, contribuindo para o uso racional dos recursos e para a sustentabilidade da operadora.Executar outras atividades correlatas, a critério da gestão imediata.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Superior completo em Enfermagem, com COREN ativoPós-graduação em Auditoria de EnfermagemExperiência em auditoria de contas hospitalares e com auditoria de enfermagem em Centro CirúrgicoNecessário conhecimento em faturamento hospitalarConhecimento das normas e regulamentações da ANSSerá considerado um diferencial, ter experiência com contas hospitalares , convênios e/ou operadoras de saúde Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote OfficePossuir transporte próprioDisponibilidade para atuação em jornada de 40 horas semanais.
