Responsabilidades e atribuições Supervisionar as atividades do setor de Parametrização, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade e a segurança das entregas.Gerir e distribuir as demandas, considerando prioridades e criticidade.Assegurar que as parametrizações sejam realizadas conforme as regras de negócio formalmente definidas e aprovadas.Garantir a aplicação dos controles de qualidade, incluindo testes, homologações, evidências e rastreabilidade das alterações.Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da área, como produtividade, cumprimento de prazos, demandas pendentes e retrabalho.Orientar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo a padronização e o compartilhamento de conhecimento.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de negócio e setores.Gerenciar incidentes e riscos relacionados às parametrizações, acompanhando planos de ação e medidas preventivas.Conduzir análises de problemas e propor soluções.Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, revisão de processos e automação, buscando maior eficiência e segurança operacional.Apoiar a Gerência na avaliação de impactos, riscos e oportunidades de evolução dos processos de Parametrização.Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas institucionais, normas regulatórias e diretrizes de governança e segurança da informação.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Tecnologia da Informação, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatasPós Graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Processos e Qualidade, Tecnologia da Informação e Sistemas ou em Saúde Suplementar;Experiência em gestão de processos e parametrização de sistemas na saúde suplementar;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de demandas e indicadores;Conhecimento em regras de negócio, contratos, tabelas de procedimentos, faturamento e contas médicas;Conhecimento das normas da ANS e do padrão TISS;Habilidade com Pacote Office – Avançado;Disponibilidade para jornada de 44h/semanais.
