Fondée le 14 avril 1900 à , l’Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) est l’instance faîtière du cyclisme dans le monde. Sa mission consiste à développer et superviser le cyclisme sous toutes ses formes et pour tout le monde, en tant que sport de compétition, activité de loisir saine et comme moyen de transport. L’UCI assure par ailleurs la promotion de ses propres événements, notamment des Championnats du Monde Route UCI, manifestation annuelle emblématique, et d’un grand nombre d’autres Championnats du Monde et Coupes du Monde dans les différentes disciplines. Son siège se trouve à Aigle, en Suisse, au Centre Mondial du Cyclisme UCI.

L’UCI est à la recherche d’un(e) :

Conseiller/ère en voyages d’affaires (80%) çais \- Anglais Mission de durée déterminée =============================================================================================

Mission :

Gestion des voyages des collaborateurs, de la direction ainsi que de toute personne devant voyager pour l’Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) et pour le Centre Mondial du Cyclisme UCI (CMC UCI).

Principales responsabilités :

  • Réservations de voyages d’affaires individuels (vol en GDS, low\-cost, billet de train, voitures de location et hébergements) : analyse des demandes, recherche des disponibilités au meilleur prix, envoi des offres aux voyageurs et finalisation de la réservation
  • Réservation et coordination lors d’évènement : suivi de liste de participants et réservations des voyages en coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes en charge de l’événement
  • Réservation de services auxiliaires : bagages supplémentaires, transport d’équipement de sport
  • Vérification des décomptes de cartes de crédit.

Profil

  • Formation d’agent de voyage ou formation jugée équivalente
  • 3 à 5 minimum d’expérience dans la gestion et la réservation de voyages d’affaires
  • Maîtrise d’
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Esprit d’initiative
  • Bonne gestion du stress et de la pression.

Entrée en fonction et durée de la mission : novembre 2026 au 31 octobre 2027\.
