Folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten erwarten dich:• Betreuung unserer Alternativen Investmentfonds im Private Market Umfeld, prüfen der Bilanzen der Zielinvestments und Durchführung des Backtestings• Ansprechpartner für Immobilien Asset-Managerinnen, Immobilien-Gutachterinnen und Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen, Betreuung der Immobilienbeteiligungen unserer Alternativen Investmentfonds mit Schwerpunkt Bewertung• Ankaufsprüfungen für neue Investments, von der Zulässigkeit über die Investmententscheidung bis zur Datenanbindung• Unterstützung bei den Jahresabschlussprüfungen unserer Alternativen Investmentfonds, rund um die Fragestellungen der BewertungWas du bietestDu passt am besten zu uns wenn du Folgendes mitbringst: • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im (bank)-betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich• Kundenorientiertes, strukturiertes Herangehen an Sachverhalte und gute Teamfähigkeit• Vertraut im Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel• Künstliche Intelligenz, Digitalisierung und Freude an prozessorientiertem Denken liegen dir• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich• Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position in einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft oder einer Beratungs- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft sind von VorteilMobiles Arbeiten ist bei uns ganz selbstverständlich, genauso wie die mehrheitliche Anwesenheit vor Ort in unseren modernen Büros in Luxemburg.
