Responsabilités principales:

  • Rejoindre un magasin et apprendre tous les aspects des opérations locales en effectuant une rotation entre tous les postes de travail
  • Garantir un service client de haut standard dans le magasin afin de maintenir et de refléter les valeurs, la mission ainsi que la vision d’UNIQLO
  • Diriger et motiver le personnel : superviser la performance de l’équipe, former les membres du magasin, favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif
  • Gérer les opérations du magasin incluant l’inventaire, les ventes, la présentation du magasin afin d’optimiser l’efficacité et la performance
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et améliorer les indicateurs du magasin
  • Maintenir les normes du magasin, notamment en matière de sécurité et de propreté, afin de garantir le respect des politiques de l’entreprise, de respecter les normes de merchandising visuel et de gérer les activités quotidiennes du magasin
  • Adopter et promouvoir l’engagement d’UNIQLO en faveur du développement durable, de l’innovation et de la philosophie LifeWear

En tant qu’un CGU, vous apprendrez à:

  • Maîtriser les principes fondamentaux de la vente au détail grâce à une expérience immersive dans la gestion d’un magasin
  • Stimuler la croissance de l’entreprise en analysant les données de vente et les tendances du marché
  • Diriger et développer des équipes diversifiées grâce à une approche pratique de la gestion
  • Mettre en œuvre les valeurs fondamentales d’UNIQLO : efficacité, orientation client et amélioration continue
  • Contribuer aux initiatives mondiales avec des opportunités potentielles d’affectations internationales

Compétences et expérience requises:

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle dans n’importe quelle discipline et dans n’importe quel pays (les diplômés sont les bienvenus)
  • Une expérience préalable dans le commerce de détail est un atout majeur
  • Passion pour le commerce de détail, le leadership et la stratégie commerciale
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité à s’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les résultats
  • Engagement à incarner nos principes fondateurs d’excellence, de simplicité, de qualité et de durabilité
  • Capacité à s’épanouir dans un environnement de vente au détail dynamique et en constante évolution, en relevant les défis avec souplesse

  • Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise/du magasin, y compris le soir et les fins de semaine
  • Être prêt et capable de déménager en dedans du Canada pour votre affectation initiale et vos futures missions (une aide au déménagement sera fournie)
  • Prêt à commencer à travailler à temps plein à partir de juillet 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join a store and learn every aspect of the local operations by rotating on every job station (Ensure high standards of Customer Service in the store to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision)
  • Lead and motivate staff: oversee team performance, provide training and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage Store Operations to handle inventory management, sales tracking and store presentation to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and improve store metrics
  • Maintain Store Standards including overall safety and cleanliness to ensure compliance with company policies, uphold visual merchandising standards and manage day-to-day store activities
  • Embrace and promote UNIQLO’s commitment to sustainability, innovation and LifeWear philosophy

As a UMC, you will learn how to :

  • Master retail fundamentals through immersive store leadership experience.
  • Drive business growth by analyzing sales data and market trends.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and any country (recent graduates welcome).
