Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor import en export? Bij ons krijg je de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen in het afleveren van een uitstekende service aan onze klanten. Als Expediteur ben jij de spil in het web die ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van import- en exportdossiers, zodat onze klanten de meest perfecte en complete service krijgen.
  • Je vindt de beste transportoplossingen en let daarbij op een competitieve prijs voor de goederen. Jouw scherpe oog voor detail maakt het verschil!
  • Je regelt transportopdrachten en boekingen bij rederijen en zorgt ervoor dat alle dossiers tijdig worden afgehandeld en afgesloten.
  • Je verzorgt de instructies voor douanedocumentatie, maakt Bill of Lading (BL) op, laat ze goedkeuren, en zorgt voor de afhandeling en verzending. Indien nodig voorzie je ook de FYTO/C.O.
  • Je houdt je klanten tijdig en correct op de hoogte en biedt hen ondersteuning en advies waar nodig. Jouw klantgerichte houding zorgt voor een sterke relatie!
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie van jouw dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alles compleet en in orde is.

Bij ons krijg je de kans om je ervaring en vaardigheden in te zetten voor een dynamisch team! We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Expediteur die voldoet aan het volgende profiel:

  • Bij voorkeur is er minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de maritieme expeditie of een Bachelor in Logistiek Management aanwezig.
  • Een goede basiskennis van douanewetgeving en de bijbehorende documenten is essentieel. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met incoterms en bankgerelateerde zaken zoals letters of credit (LC).
  • Je bent administratief onderlegd en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen. Je begrijpt het belang van nauwkeurigheid en hebt de discipline om ervoor te zorgen dat alle gegevens en documenten correct zijn.
  • Je bent een gedreven professional die altijd de klant centraal stelt. Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels, en een basiskennis van het Frans is vereist. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt!
