Heb jij al ervaring binnen expeditie, forwarding of zeevracht en wil je jouw commerciële talent verder ontwikkelen? Voor onze klant in Antwerpen zoeken we een Inside Sales Medewerker die de schakel vormt tussen klanten, sales en operations.

Je komt terecht in een hecht salesteam waar samenwerking centraal staat. Geen focus op één grote klant of één product, maar een veelzijdige functie waarin je werkt voor een brede portefeuille van voornamelijk kmo-klanten, actief in verschillende sectoren en goederenstromen.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Inside Sales Medewerker vorm je de brug tussen klanten en het operationele expeditieteam. Je ondersteunt klanten van prijsaanvraag tot boeking en denkt actief mee over de beste logistieke oplossing.

Jouw taken

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor zeevracht, RoRo en project cargo
  • Actief onderhouden van klantencontacten en commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Opvolgen van offertes, leads en tenders
  • Coördineren tussen klanten, expediteurs en salescollega's
  • Adviseren van klanten over transport- en logistieke oplossingen
  • Escaleren en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen
  • Samenwerken met zowel inside als outside sales
  • Ondersteunen bij warehouse- en logistieke offertes

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring binnen expeditie, forwarding of zeevracht
  • Je werkte bijvoorbeeld als expediteur, inside sales medewerker of in een commerciële logistieke functie
  • Je begrijpt hoe expeditiedossiers en transportprocessen in elkaar zitten
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende partijen
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen

Talen

  • Nederlands en Engels zijn een must
  • Frans is een grote troef om klanten breed te kunnen ondersteunen
