Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de chemische sector gevestigd in Antwerpen-Noord zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Coördinator. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze klanten en het coördineren van interne processen. Ben jij proactief, hands-on en een teamspeler met uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden? Heb je bovendien interesse in de chemische sector? Dan ben jij wie wij zoeken!

Wat zijn jouw taken als Sales Coördinator?

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van klanten en beantwoorden van vragen
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes voor klanten
  • Verwerken, ingeven en bevestigen van orders
  • Coördineren van leveringen met logistieke partners
  • Afstemmen tussen sales, logistiek en finance om een efficiënte dienstverlening te garanderen
  • Opvolgen van kredietlijnen en openstaande facturen
  • Ondersteunen van Key Accounts op administratief en commercieel vlak
  • Meewerken aan de organisatie van internationale beurzen en evenementen
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en documentatiebeheer

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, sales support of een commerciële binnendienstfunctie, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en Spaans.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met een sterk organisatorisch talent.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die energie haalt uit samenwerken en het ondersteunen van klanten en collega's.
  • Je behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
