Ben jij iemand die graag achter de cijfers kijkt, financiële resultaten analyseert en inzichten vertaalt naar concrete verbeteringen? Krijg je energie van verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en het optimaliseren van processen? Dan is deze functie als Finance Controller misschien wel jouw volgende stap!

In deze rol ben je veel meer dan iemand die cijfers rapporteert. Je vormt de schakel tussen accounting, business en management en helpt mee om financiële resultaten te begrijpen én te verbeteren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Duik in de cijfers: analyseer financiële resultaten, volg kosten en marges op en verklaar afwijkingen tegenover budgetten en forecasts.
  • Bewaar het overzicht: zorg voor een correcte en tijdige maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting en bijbehorende financiële rapporteringen.
  • Maak inzichten zichtbaar: werk managementrapporteringen, dashboards en KPI-overzichten uit die het management helpen om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.
  • Kijk vooruit: ondersteun bij budgettering en forecasting en waak over de juistheid en volledigheid van financiële gegevens.
  • Verbind finance met de business: werk nauw samen met de Business Controller en verschillende operationele afdelingen om financiële inzichten te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Denk mee over verbetering: bewaak financiële procedures, ondersteun audits en denk actief mee over efficiëntere processen en systemen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen controlling, audit of een financiële functie.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel. Ervaring met BI-tools is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je bent hands-on, neemt initiatief en leert graag bij.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in financiële rapportering en data-analyse.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van een extra taal is een pluspunt.
