Payroll Officer gezocht in Antwerpen!

Op zoek naar een job waarin cijfers en mensen hand in hand gaan? Een groeiend bedrijf in Antwerpen zoekt een ervaren payroll specialist om het team te versterken. Je komt terecht in een warme, mensgerichte werksfeer waar collega’s elkaar helpen en prestaties gewaardeerd worden. Je werkplek is een stijlvol, modern kantoor op het Eilandje. Hier krijg je de ruimte om je eigen stempel te drukken op een veelzijdige functie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de maandelijkse loonverwerking van zowel bedienden als arbeiders.
  • Je neemt het volledige personeelsbeheer voor je rekening, van contracten en Dimona-aangiftes tot verlof, afwezigheden en prestatieregistratie.
  • Je beantwoordt de vragen van werknemers en managers rond verloning en administratieve zaken.
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat en bewaakt de juistheid van alle dossiers.
  • Je zoekt actief naar manieren om HR- en payrollprocessen slimmer en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de HR Business Partner en werkt vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je helpt mee een open en respectvolle werkcultuur uit te bouwen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je kan al minstens vijf jaar aan de slag in een payrollfunctie. Bekendheid met PC 200 en/of PC 121 levert extra punten op.
  • Je werkt en denkt op bachelorniveau.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en redt je vlot in het Frans.
  • Je kent de Belgische sociale wetgeving goed.
  • Ervaring met eBlox of Strobbo is een mooie extra.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, discreet en let op de details.
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en voelt je thuis in cijfers.
  • Je legt zaken helder uit, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
