Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Service Advisor die met een glimlach klanten ontvangt, de planning in goede banen leidt en ervoor zorgt dat elke klant met een goed gevoel verder kan.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Service Advisor?

  • Klanten ontvangen en adviseren: Je verwelkomt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. Je bespreekt de geplande onderhouds- of herstellingswerken, luistert naar hun verwachtingen en geeft passend advies.
  • Communicatie verzorgen: De telefoon rinkelt? Jij staat klaar! Je beantwoordt vragen, helpt klanten verder en neemt ook zelf proactief contact op om hen op de hoogte te houden van de werkzaamheden aan hun wagen.
  • De planning organiseren: Je stelt de werkplaatsplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Daarbij hou je rekening met de beschikbare capaciteit en de voorraad auto-onderdelen.
  • Administratie opvolgen: Je maakt offertes op, verwerkt facturen en licht deze op een duidelijke en klantvriendelijke manier toe.

We zoeken vooral iemand die met plezier de handen uit de mouwen steekt en graag het verschil maakt voor klanten.

  • Je bent enthousiast, gedreven en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en Frans.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid zit in je DNA. Je bouwt graag een goede vertrouwensband op met klanten.
  • Je bent een echte doener en houdt ervan om verschillende taken te combineren.
  • Ook op drukke momenten bewaar je het overzicht en blijf je rustig.
  • Je communiceert vlot, bent sociaal ingesteld en kan goed luisteren.
  • Je bent behulpzaam, denkt proactief mee en zoekt graag naar oplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en/of beschikt over kennis van auto-onderdelen.
