Jouw uitdaging

Als SHEQ Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en continu verbeteren van het SHEQ-beleid. Je stuurt de lokale SHEQ-afdeling aan en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor het management, leidinggevenden en medewerkers.

Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit stevig verankerd zijn in de dagelijkse werking.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Het SHEQ-team aanstuurt, coacht en verder ontwikkelt.
  • Het management en de medewerkers adviseert en ondersteunt rond SHEQ-gerelateerde thema's.
  • Waakt over de naleving van de geldende wet- en regelgeving, normen en interne procedures.
  • Het SHEQ-managementsysteem beheert en continu optimaliseert.
  • Audits, risicoanalyses en incidentonderzoeken coördineert en opvolgt.
  • Verbeteracties initieert en de SHEQ-resultaten analyseert en vertaalt naar concrete actiepunten.
  • Actief bijdraagt aan een sterke veiligheids- en kwaliteitscultuur binnen de organisatie.
  • Operationele projecten en veranderingen begeleidt vanuit een SHEQ-perspectief.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren SHEQ-professional die mensen weet te verbinden en te motiveren. Je durft richting te geven, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en verliest daarbij de dagelijkse praktijk niet uit het oog.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
  • Minimaal een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Ervaring binnen Safety, Health, Environment en/of Quality.
  • Sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen en continu verbeteren.
  • Een proactieve houding en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
