Voor onze klant, een groeiend familiaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in industriële verwarmingsinstallaties en piping, zijn we op zoek naar een leidinggevende pijpfitter die mee wil bouwen aan technische projecten in heel België.

Wat houdt jouw job in?

Als leidinggevende pijpfitter combineer je technisch uitvoerend werk met de coördinatie en begeleiding van collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden op de werf vlot, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Meten, optekenen, voorbereiden en monteren van buizen en hulpstukken.
  • Uitvoeren van fittingwerk, zoals buizen afkorten, buigen en plaatsen.
  • Werken met machines en gereedschappen in het atelier, zoals boor- en zaagmachines, knipscharen en plooibanken.
  • Technische tekeningen en isometrische plannen (PID) lezen en interpreteren.
  • Leidingdelen voorbereiden en controleren of de werken voldoen aan de technische vereisten.
  • Gegevens registreren en toezien op de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Collega's begeleiden en de werkzaamheden op de werf coördineren.
  • Toezien op een veilige en milieubewuste werkomgeving.

Je krijgt de kans om meteen een leidinggevende rol op te nemen of hier na een interne opleiding naartoe te groeien.

We zoeken een technisch sterke en gemotiveerde kandidaat die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en de ambitie heeft om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

  • Je hebt ervaring als pijpfitter of met pijpleidingsystemen.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je kunt werken met handgereedschappen en machines, zoals pijpsnijders en slijpmachines.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en functioneert goed in teamverband.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten of bent gemotiveerd om deze verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en helpt collega's vooruit.
  • Ervaring in de tuinbouw- of industriële sector is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van lastechnieken is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om zowel in het atelier in Oelegem als op verschillende werven in België te werken. Soms is een hotelovernachting nodig.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid op de werf.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs BE of C is een extra troef.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een VCA-certificaat of bent bereid het vereiste certificaat te behalen. Vol VCA kan eveneens een meerwaarde zijn.
