Je combineert het aansturen en coachen van je team met een actieve rol op de werkvloer. Dankzij jouw sterke technische kennis en inzicht in de machines ben je een echte expert en een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s. Bovendien vorm je de belangrijke schakel tussen de directie en de werkvloer.

Met jouw enthousiasme en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden motiveer en begeleid je operatoren en magazijniers over twee shiften. Je hebt processen snel onder de knie, stelt machines nauwkeurig af en werkt nauw samen met de onderhoudsafdeling om een vlotte en efficiënte productie te garanderen.

  • Team aansturen en coachen: Je verdeelt de taken, motiveert je team en deelt je expertise om collega’s te laten groeien.
  • Technisch expert: Je stelt complexe machines, zoals afzakmachines, palletizers en de hoezenmachine, in en af en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Storingen oplossen: Je ondersteunt operatoren bij technische en softwarematige storingen, analyseert de oorzaken en werkt samen met het onderhoudsteam.
  • Plannen en coördineren: Je maakt de detailplanning op, organiseert inspecties en preventief onderhoud en stemt af met logistiek.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken: Je waakt over de veiligheidsvoorschriften, stofuitstoot en productkwaliteit en stemt af met het labo bij afwijkingen.
  • Processen optimaliseren: Je volgt de voorraden op en werkt mee aan procesverbeteringen, testen en mogelijke investeringen.
  • Ploegenoverdracht verzorgen: Je zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht met je collega-teamleader en houdt het logboek nauwkeurig bij.

Je bent een gedreven vakman en geboren motivator die sterk communiceert en het team naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Technisch sterk: Je hebt een goed mechanisch en technisch inzicht, leert snel en maakt complexe machines en productieprocessen vlot eigen.

Motiverende teamplayer: Je deelt graag je kennis, enthousiasmeert collega’s en werkt nauw samen met onderhoud en het labo.

Communicatief sterk: Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de productiedirecteur en de medewerkers op de werkvloer.
