Wil je een sleutelrol spelen binnen een technische omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Maintenance Engineer wellicht jouw volgende uitdaging.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische technische omgeving waar je nauw samenwerkt met onderhoudstechniekers, projectmedewerkers en andere interne stakeholders om onderhoudsprocessen verder uit te bouwen en te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Maintenance Engineer ben je de drijvende kracht achter een efficiënt en toekomstgericht onderhoudsbeleid.

Je takenpakket

  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert onderhoudsplannen voor nieuwe technische installaties.
  • Je bepaalt mee de onderhoudsstrategie en volgt de uitvoering ervan op.
  • Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en traint onderhoudstechniekers en externe partners bij nieuwe onderhoudsprocedures en werkmethodes.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en actuele technische documentatie.
  • Voor een deel van de installaties neem je de rol op van technisch installatieverantwoordelijke.
  • Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond storingen, projecten, kwaliteit, productie en veiligheid.
  • Je detecteert investeringsnoden en ondersteunt de voorbereiding en organisatie van complexe onderhoudswerken en technische projecten.
  • Je voert storingsanalyses uit (RCFA) en formuleert structurele verbeteracties.
  • Je houdt bij al je werkzaamheden rekening met veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Je ondersteunt technische projecten en neemt zelf de leiding over onderhoudsgerelateerde verbeterprojecten.
  • Je voert veiligheids- en kwaliteitsaudits uit en begeleidt externe audits en inspecties.

Jouw profiel

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Affiniteit met industriële installaties en technische optimalisatie.

Technische kennis

  • Je beschikt over kennis van of ervaring met:
  • Onderhoudsbeheer en onderhoudsstrategieën
  • HVAC-installaties
  • Utilities
  • Meet- en regeltechnieken
  • Storingsanalyse en root cause analyses (RCFA)
  • SAP
  • MS Office
  • Talenkennis
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.

  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Proactieve houding en oog voor verbeteringen.
  • Vlotte communicator die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Sterke aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.
