The posting

Als logistiek medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, transporteurs en lichtermaatschappijen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en een professionele, klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je plant en coördineert samen met je collega’s de interne overvoer, externe transporten en lichtertransporten.
  • Je volgt de lichterplanning administratief op en brengt de operationele teams tijdig op de hoogte van wijzigingen.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande containers, van de boeking tot de aflevering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de operationele diensten, facturatie en andere planningsafdelingen om de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je verwerkt operationele gegevens en bijkomende activiteiten nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een correcte rapportering.
  • Je denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen en helpt processen en werkmethodes efficiënter te maken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde en communicatieve kandidaat die zich thuis voelt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring binnen de maritieme of logistieke sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe contacten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, stelt je flexibel op en weet ook in drukke situaties het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem met vroege en late diensten te werken.
