Als Analyst Purchase speel jij een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van onze aankoopstrategie binnen een internationale en industriële context.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Analyse & rapportage - Je verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert data rond aankoopprijzen, stockniveaus en leveranciersprestaties. Je bewaakt maandelijkse deadlines en rapporteert KPI’s die écht het verschil maken.
  • Strategische aankoopondersteuning - Je ondersteunt de aankoopafdeling bij het uitwerken en uitvoeren van aankoopstrategieën, met focus op kostenoptimalisatie en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Kostenoptimalisatie - Je voert diepgaande kostenanalyses uit en gaat actief op zoek naar optimalisaties, zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit of levertermijnen.
  • Leveranciersrelaties & ESG - Je werkt nauw samen met bestaande leveranciers en draagt bij aan de uitbouw van ESG due diligence, onder andere via online platformen.
  • Samenwerking over sites heen - Je werkt samen met collega’s binnen je team én met andere sites binnen de divisie. Daarnaast help je nieuwe sites vlot te integreren in de werking van de groep.
  • Markt- en trendanalyse - Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en grondstofprijzen (met focus op staal) nauwgezet op en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete input voor de aankoopstrategie. Je denkt ook actief mee over de verduurzaming van aankopen richting de toekomst.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, logistiek, supply chain of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een industriële of technische omgeving
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en kan complexe data omzetten in heldere aanbevelingen
  • Je hebt kennis van aankoopprocessen en leveranciersbeheer
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen (kennis van SAP is een plus) en hebt een sterke Excel-skills
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en hebt minstens een basiskennis Frans
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook sterk in teamverband
