Jobomschrijving

Na een opleidingsperiode ga je aan de slag als Commercieel Medewerker in het filiaal in Ganshoren. Je ondersteunt de Market Leader bij commerciële en administratieve taken en draagt mee bij aan een vlotte werking van het servicecenter en een optimale klantenservice. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Market Leader.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten bij aankomst en bij het ophalen van hun voertuig en zorgt voor een uitstekende service;
  • Je adviseert klanten over herstellingen en vervangingen, zowel in het filiaal als telefonisch;
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie en bijhorende administratie (zoals garanties en mobiele service);
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s in de werkplaats tijdens drukke momenten en helpt mee bij herstellingen;
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen voor de opvolging van klantendossiers;
  • Je werkt mee aan de promotie van het assortiment;
  • Je staat in voor een correct voorraadbeheer en controleert de leveringen bij ontvangst.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan meerdere taken tegelijk opvolgen;

  • Je hebt een klant- en servicegerichte mindset; ervaring in een commercieel-administratieve functie is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt vlot samen met collega’s;Je komt terecht in een toonaangevend en stabiel bedrijf binnen de auto-onderhouds- en reparatiesector.   • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan meerdere taken tegelijk opvolgen;
  • Je bent bereid om één zaterdag op twee te werken (met een vrije dag in de week);
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office;
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een A2-diploma;
  • Tweetaligheid Nederlands–Frans is een grote troef.
