Ben jij een ervaren notarieel medewerker die houdt van inhoudelijke uitdaging, variatie en professionele groei? Wil je jouw expertise inzetten binnen verschillende notariskantoren, zonder in te boeten aan zekerheid en ondersteuning? Dan hebben wij dé opportuniteit voor jou.

Als Notarieel Medewerker Consultant werk je mee aan uiteenlopende dossiers en projecten bij verschillende notariskantoren. Dankzij de afwisseling bouw je een brede expertise op binnen diverse rechtsdomeinen, terwijl je telkens een waardevolle partner bent voor jouw klanten. Jouw opdrachten worden zorgvuldig afgestemd op jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities.

Jouw uitdaging

Geen twee opdrachten zijn dezelfde. Afhankelijk van het notariskantoor en jouw specialisatie zal je onder meer instaan voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van juridische opzoekingen en voorbereidende dossieranalyses.
  • Het zelfstandig opstarten, opmaken en afwerken van notariële akten.
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z binnen verschillende rechtsdomeinen.
  • Het bieden van juridische en administratieve ondersteuning aan notarissen en collega's.
  • Het adviseren van cliënten en beantwoorden van juridische vragen binnen jouw expertise.
  • Het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en delen van jouw kennis met de teams waarin je terechtkomt.

Wie ben jij?

  • Jij bent een gedreven professional die energie haalt uit afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en klantgericht werken.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Rechtspraktijk of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen het notariaat.
  • Je werkt vlot met Acta Libra en/of Super Medewerker.
  • Je bent bereid opdrachten op te nemen binnen een straal van ongeveer 30 km rond jouw woonplaats.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op.
  • Je hebt een passie voor het notariaat en haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen van verschillende kantoren en dossiers.
