  • De dagelijkse werking opvolgen: Je controleert dagelijks de orders en voorraadniveaus, detecteert afwijkingen en zoekt samen met de betrokken partijen naar passende oplossingen.
  • Planningen beheren en aanpassen: Je onderzoekt welke bestellingen vertraging oplopen en past de planning aan, rekening houdend met de levertermijnen, verpakkingsvereisten en transportmogelijkheden.
  • De communicatie coördineren: Je vormt de schakel tussen de business, het centrale magazijn en de transportpartners. Je volgt dringende vragen, actieplannen en value-added logistics (VAL) op en signaleert mogelijke problemen tijdig.
  • Data analyseren en processen optimaliseren: Met behulp van QlikView en QlikSense breng je de oorzaken van vertragingen in kaart. Je werkt verbeteringsvoorstellen uit en behandelt discussies of problemen rond voorraad, transport en magazijnactiviteiten.
  • Waken over de naleving van regelgeving: Je zorgt ervoor dat de veiligheidsinformatiebladen (SDS) actueel en volledig zijn, zodat aan alle SEVESO-verplichtingen wordt voldaan.
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig het magazijn in Noord-Frankrijk.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring met SAP, meer bepaald met de modules SD/MM. Ervaring met Dynamics 365 of een vergelijkbaar systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in supply chain en/of sales back-office.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met logistieke processen binnen een magazijnomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en Engels. Voor de samenwerking met het team in Deinze gebruik je het Nederlands.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, analyseert informatie kritisch en organiseert je werk met oog op de toekomst.
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen, maar durft ook duidelijk en assertief op te treden tegenover externe partners.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen en blijft flexibel wanneer planningen onverwacht wijzigen.
