Jouw rol

Als Technisch Adviseur Carrosserie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je verwelkomt hen aan de receptie, luistert naar hun verhaal en begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige schadeproces. Dankzij jouw professionele aanpak voelen klanten zich gehoord en weten ze exact wat ze mogen verwachten.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klant, werkplaats en administratie en bewaakt de opvolging van de dossiers van A tot Z.

Daarnaast duik je zelf ook regelmatig de werkvloer op. Je inspecteert beschadigde voertuigen, brengt schades nauwkeurig in kaart, maakt foto's en verzamelt alle nodige informatie voor een correcte dossieropstart. Jouw observaties vormen een belangrijke basis voor de verdere expertise en herstelling.

Concreet sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Ontvangst en begeleiding van klanten aan de receptie
  • Telefonische opvolging van schade- en hersteldossiers
  • Uitvoeren van schade-inspecties aan voertuigen
  • Registreren van schades via digitale tools en tablets
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega's binnen de carrosserie en expertise

Een job met veel afwisseling dus: het ene moment geef je advies aan een klant, het volgende inspecteer je een wagen of werk je een dossier administratief af. Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die klantvriendelijkheid combineert met technisch inzicht. Je houdt ervan om mensen verder te helpen, communiceert helder en blijft ook in drukke momenten rustig en professioneel.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt affiniteit met auto's en beschikt over technisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring binnen automotive, carrosserie of schadeherstel is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen receptiewerk, telefonie en administratie.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Kennis van Informex, Ubench, Car-Pass, PlanManager of gelijkaardige software is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je werkt graag samen en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
