Ben jij nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en heb je ervaring binnen de boekhouding? Werk je vlot met cijfers en verschillende computerprogramma's? Ben je op zoek naar een deeltijdse administratieve functie van 24 uur per week?

Voor een bedrijf in Beringen zoeken we een Administratief Bediende Boekhouding die het boekhoudkundige team ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse administratie en verwerking.

Jouw takenpakket

Als administratief bediende boekhouding ondersteun je de boekhoudkundige afdeling bij verschillende administratieve en financiële werkzaamheden.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van algemene administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de boekhouding.
  • Verwerken en controleren van boekhoudkundige documenten.
  • Invoeren en opvolgen van gegevens in het boekhoudsysteem.
  • Controleren van facturen en administratieve gegevens.
  • Digitaal verwerken en klasseren van documenten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige administratie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en nauwkeurige verwerking van gegevens.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, graag met cijfers bezig is en vlot overweg kan met digitale toepassingen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de boekhouding of boekhoudkundige administratie.
  • Je kan werken met Navision of hebt ervaring met een ander ERP- of boekhoudkundig softwarepakket.
  • Je beschikt over sterke computervaardigheden en leert vlot nieuwe programma's aan.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en punctueel.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en hebt oog voor detail.
