Jouw functie

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar je stap voor stap wordt ingewerkt. Samen met je collega's ondersteun je zowel klanten als interne afdelingen bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van technische dossiers.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van offertes voor zowel kleinere aanvragen als grotere projecten.
  • Berekenen en uitwerken van calculaties voor deuren en kozijnen.
  • Verwerken van technische orders en projecten in Excel en het ERP-systeem.
  • Ondersteunen van de werkvoorbereiding.
  • Administratieve taken zoals certificaten opzoeken.
  • Beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten, collega's en vertegenwoordigers.
  • Overleggen met afdelingen zoals R&D, productie, aankoop en sales om tot de juiste oplossing te komen.
  • Uitwerken en aanpassen van standaard- en klantspecifieke technische tekeningen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook thuis in een hecht team.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Excel. Ervaring met ERP-software of tekenprogramma's is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Kennis van Autocad 2D is een plus.
  • Je kan je zeer goed verstaanbaar maken in het Frans.
