Wil je meewerken aan innovatieve verpakkingsoplossingen en projecten begeleiden van het eerste ontwerp tot de effectieve productie? Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Product Development Engineer die graag technische uitdagingen omzet in concrete en kwalitatieve verpakkingsoplossingen.

Jouw job als Product Development Engineer

Als Product Development Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van kunststofverpakkingen. Je begeleidt projecten van de eerste klantvraag tot de opstart in productie.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je begeleidt en tekent nieuwe verpakkingsontwikkelingen, van klantvraag tot productie.
  • Je werkt nieuwe verpakkingsconcepten uit in samenwerking met klanten en interne teams.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's over verschillende productiesites in België, Frankrijk en Polen.
  • Je stelt duidelijke productspecificaties op en bewaakt de kwaliteit, timing en het budget van projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij technische en inhoudelijke vraagstukken, zowel vanuit kantoor als bij de klant.
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert bestaande verpakkingsoplossingen.
  • Je volgt de nieuwste markt- en producttrends binnen de verpakkingssector en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je gebruikt je technische kennis en inzicht om tot praktische en innovatieve oplossingen te komen.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Product Development Engineer met een technische en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over een Master Productontwikkeling of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in kunststof en kunststofverpakkingen.
  • Je beschikt over technisch en materiaalkundig inzicht.
  • Je kan werken met 3D-ontwerp en hebt interesse in productdesign.
  • Je bent sterk in projectopvolging en houdt graag overzicht over verschillende projecten.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
