Ben jij iemand die graag meedenkt met klanten, technische oplossingen zoekt en energie krijgt van een geslaagde verkoop? Voor een gevestigde speler in de sanitairsector zoeken we een Technisch Commercieel Medewerker die professionele installateurs en particuliere klanten met kennis van zaken verderhelpt.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: van technisch advies en offertes opmaken tot klanten ontvangen in de Proshop. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met de juiste oplossing én een goed gevoel buitenstapt!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten, installateurs en particulieren.
  • Je geeft deskundig advies over sanitaire installaties, materialen en toebehoren.
  • Je luistert naar de wensen van klanten en vertaalt plannen, afmetingen en technische vragen naar passende oplossingen.
  • Je stelt offertes op maat op en volgt deze actief op. Met jouw commerciële flair weet je klanten te overtuigen!
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de vertegenwoordigers en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
  • Is het druk aan de balie of in de toonzaal? Dan spring jij met plezier bij!

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt technische interesse, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van sanitair of installatiematerialen.
  • Nog geen expert in sanitair, maar wel technisch aangelegd en leergierig? Ook dan horen we graag van je!
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt plezier uit klanten adviseren en verderhelpen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk een vertrouwensband op met klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en helpt collega's waar nodig.
