Ben jij iemand die graag klanten helpt (doe-het-zelvers, klusjesmannen, loodgieters, installateurs van sanitair en verwarming,...).

?? Wat ga je doen?

Geen saaie bureaujob hier — jij zit midden in de actie en combineert klantencontact met administratie en logistiek.

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in het filiaal

Je geeft advies over verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair (enige kennis noodzakelijk maar er is nog genoeg dat je on the job zal leren??)

Je beantwoordt vragen – aan de toonbank, via telefoon of mail ??

Je maakt offertes op en verwerkt bestellingen administratief

Je zet bestellingen klaar zodat klanten snel verder kunnen

Samen met je collega’s help je het filiaal commercieel verder groeien

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles er netjes en overzichtelijk bijligt ?

Je helpt bij het lossen en wegzetten van leveringen in het magazijn

?? Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt technische kennis door je opleiding, ervaring of gewoon omdat je er sterk in geïnteresseerd bent ??

Heb je al kennis van sanitair, verwarming of ventilatie? Dan heb je sowieso een streepje voor

Je kan vlot praten met klanten (vooral installateurs) en weet hoe je hen correct verder helpt

Je kan je plan trekken met computerwerk en administratie – bestellingen en info verwerken schrikt je niet af

Kennis van Navision is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must

Je bent een aanpakker: werken schrikt je niet af en je helpt graag mensen verder

Je houdt van orde en netheid en zorgt dat alles er proper en georganiseerd bij ligt
