Jobomschrijving

In deze functie word je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal strategische klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen, verwachtingen en uitdagingen correct worden opgevolgd en intern vertaald naar de juiste collega's. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en sterke communicatie zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord voelen en kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Als Customer Care Officer ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klant en interne organisatie.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor een eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Actief deelnemen aan periodieke klantenmeetings en deze zorgvuldig opvolgen.
  • Vragen, aandachtspunten en opportuniteiten capteren en vertalen naar interne teams.
  • Coördineren van de opvolging en terugkoppeling richting klant.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en acties bewaken zodat afspraken worden nagekomen.
  • Mee nadenken over oplossingen en verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een sterke klantenervaring.
  • Verder uitbouwen van duurzame en professionele relaties met klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijgt een centrale rol binnen de organisatie.
  • Je behaalde minimum een Bachelor diploma
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een customer service-, customer care-, projectcoördinatie- of relatiebeheerfunctie.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende belangen met elkaar te verzoenen.
  • Je luistert actief, analyseert noden en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je kan structuur brengen, prioriteiten stellen en opvolging bewaken.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een sterke kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je straalt maturiteit, professionaliteit en klantgerichtheid uit.
  • Affiniteit met een technische of industriële omgeving is een pluspunt.
