Als Growth Marketing Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, uitrollen en optimaliseren van klantgerichte marketinginitiatieven over verschillende kanalen heen. Je combineert data, technologie en marketing om de klantbeleving te versterken, engagement te verhogen en commerciële opportuniteiten maximaal te benutten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitwerken en optimaliseren van klanttrajecten gedurende de volledige klantlevenscyclus.
  • Opzetten van gerichte campagnes rond acquisitie, activatie, retentie en klantenbinding.
  • Segmenteren van klanten op basis van gedrag, voorkeuren en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Beheren en verbeteren van geautomatiseerde marketingflows.
  • Vertalen van klantinzichten naar concrete marketing- en salesacties.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met marketing, sales, digitale teams en externe partners.
  • Analyseren van resultaten en formuleren van aanbevelingen voor verdere groei.
  • Actief inzetten op optimalisatie, innovatie en digitale ontwikkelingen binnen marketing.
  • Een strategische functie met zichtbare impact op de verdere groei van de organisatie.
  • Veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid binnen jouw domein.
