Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleader Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van jouw productieteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt opgevolgd, de productie vlot verloopt en de geplande leveringen tijdig klaarstaan voor transport.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer tien productiemedewerkers aan en motiveert hen om de vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen.
  • Je maakt de personeelsplanning op en organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je volgt medewerkers op in samenwerking met je manager.
  • Je bewaakt de productievoortgang en grijpt in wanneer de planning in het gedrang komt.
  • Je springt zelf operationeel bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je analyseert de productieflow en signaleert mogelijkheden om werkprocessen efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften correct worden toegepast.
  • Je bewaakt orde, stiptheid en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Bij fouten, storingen of onverwachte problemen neem je zelfstandig beslissingen en zoek je naar een passende oplossing.

Wie ben jij?

Dit heb je zeker:

  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt beslissingen wanneer de situatie dat vereist.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands. Frans en Engels zijn ook mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.

  • Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt productieprocessen analyseren.
  • Je denkt vooruit en stelt verbeteringen voor wanneer je knelpunten opmerkt.
  • Je houdt de klant en een correcte, tijdige levering steeds voor ogen.
  • Je kunt bij onverwachte problemen snel prioriteiten bepalen en praktisch handelen.
