Unique Leuven kijkt uit naar een Commercieel Medewerker Upgrading voor een moderne KMO in Aarschot actief in de textielsector. Jij zal fungeren als het eerste aanspreekspunt van klanten en partners door hun vragen, bestellingen en klachten te behartigen. Je staat hen professioneel en met plezier te woord en zorgt steeds voor de beste service.

Welke taken horen er tot jouw dagdagelijks takenpakket?

  • Realiseren van gepersonaliseerde projecten voor onze distributeurs
  • Actief meedenken rond het beste design, grafisch uitwerken (illustrator)
  • Onderhouden van een goede commerciële relatie met de klant
  • Je behandelt bestellingen en verzorgt de ganse orderflow van A tot Z, van ontwerp en offerte tot levering
  • Contact met klanten en leveranciers om je orders tot een goed einde te brengen
  • Je vangt klachten professioneel op, onderzoekt dit en onderneemt vervolgens de gepaste acties

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, je draagt klantgerichtheid én een goede service hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent administratief sterk, je kan nauwkeurig werken en je kan overzicht behouden over een veelzijdig takenpakket
  • Je kan projectmatig werken
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, je kan zelfstandig werken en bent daarnaast ook een teamplayer
  • Je hebt een echte ‘hands-on’ mentaliteit en kan logisch en probleemoplossend denken
  • MS Office heeft weinig geheimen voor jou, je bent pc-vaardig aangelegd en anders leer je het snel bij!
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Check? Nog meer check?! Dan heb jij idealiter ook kennis van Illustrator en een passie voor textiel
