Heb jij een technische achtergrond en haal je voldoening uit het adviseren van klanten? Werk je graag projectmatig en krijg je energie van het vinden van de juiste technische oplossing? Dan is deze functie als Inside Sales Advisor misschien precies wat je zoekt.

In deze rol vorm je de brug tussen klant, techniek en sales. Je vertaalt technische vragen naar concrete oplossingen en begeleidt klanten van aanvraag tot realisatie.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Je analyseert klantaanvragen en vertaalt deze naar technische en commerciële offertes.
  • Je werkt oplossingen op maat uit met behulp van technische tools en software.
  • Je adviseert klanten over producten, toepassingen en technische mogelijkheden.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen over offertes via telefoon, e-mail en online meetings.
  • Je verwerkt orders en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je stemt af met klanten, leveranciers, productie, sales en aftersales.
  • Je volgt projecten en dossiers nauwkeurig op en bewaakt de administratieve flow.
  • Je blijft ook na oplevering een technisch aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een technisch sterke en klantgerichte professional die graag meedenkt en oplossingen creëert.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor of master Elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Affiniteit met machinebouw en industriële installaties.
  • Kennis van compressoren en blowers is een mooie troef.
  • Een nauwkeurige en commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende partijen.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Een proactieve, leergierige en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
