Jobomschrijving

Unique Menen is op zoek naar een dispatcher voor de regio Roeselare.

Wat zal je moeten doen?

  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij vragen, wijzigingen of problemen tijdens hun ritten.
  • Je beheert inkomende telefoongesprekken en behandelt vragen van chauffeurs, klanten en collega's op een klantgerichte manier.
  • Je maakt transportdocumenten en etiketten op en verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van uitgevoerde opdrachten.
  • Je signaleert eventuele afwijkingen of problemen en informeert klanten over geplande ophalingen en leveringen.
  • Je beheert de algemene mailbox en zorgt voor een correcte verdeling en opvolging van binnenkomende aanvragen en opdrachten.
  • Je ontvangt chauffeurs bij hun terugkeer en bespreekt samen de verloop van hun werkdag en eventuele volgende opdrachten.
  • Je ondersteunt planners en collega's bij operationele en administratieve vragen.

Doorheen de dag wissel je regelmatig tussen verschillende taken zoals telefonie, administratie, onthaal van chauffeurs en ondersteuning aan de weegbrug. Deze afwisseling zorgt voor een gevarieerd takenpakket en geeft je een brede kijk op de volledige dispatchwerking.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een administratieve of logistieke richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een administratieve functie in logistiek, transport of operations. Ervaring als dispatcher is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot omgaan met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans zeer goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook wanneer verschillende taken gelijktijdig aandacht vragen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, denkt oplossingsgericht en kan snel inspelen op onverwachte situaties.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en maakt je nieuwe digitale systemen snel eigen. Ervaring met een ERP-pakket zoals AX Dynamics is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en begrijpt dat een vlotte transportwerking soms extra inzet vraagt.
