Als storingstechnieker ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons productieproces. Je voert preventief, correctief en curatief onderhoud uit aan onze machines en zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien zoals het hoort.

  • Dankzij jouw expertise worden technische pannes tot een minimum beperkt en blijft de productie vlot lopen. Je spoort storingen op, leest en interpreteert elektrische en mechanische schema’s, en beschikt over een brede kennis van industriële installaties. Basiskennis van PLC-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet dat sterk werk enkel ontstaat door goed teamwork. En boven alles: veiligheid komt voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.

Wat wij van jou vragen

  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in een technische richting (elektriciteit, elektromechanica of mechanica), of je bent gelijkwaardig door minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in zowel elektriciteit als mechanica en haalt voldoening uit het analyseren, herstellen en optimaliseren van installaties.
  • Elektrisch: je spoort storingen op en herstelt motoren, sensoren, schakelkasten, bekabeling en besturingscomponenten van ons geautomatiseerd machinepark.
  • Mechanisch: je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan aandrijvingen, lagers, kettingen, riemen, geleidingen …
  • Je hebt affiniteit met pneumatische systemen en ondersteunt bij het correct afregelen ervan.
  • Kennis van Siemens PLC (Step 7, TIA Portal) en hydraulica is een duidelijke plus, maar geen must.
