Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in Berchem, gespecialiseerd in de fabricage van machines, is Unique op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende ter versterking van de HR-afdeling. Heb je een stevige administratieve achtergrond en krijg je energie van werken met cijfers? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven!

Als Administratief Bediende word je onderdeel van een ervaren HR-team van twee collega's. Je zult hen ondersteunen bij diverse HR-taken. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Beantwoorden van administratieve vragen van interne medewerkers.
  • Up-to-date houden van personeelsdossiers.
  • Ondersteunen bij de loonadministratie.
  • Beheren van het wagenpark, inclusief het opbouwen en onderhouden van contacten met leasingmaatschappijen.

  • Je hebt min. 5 jaar administratieve werkervaring op zak.
  • Geen ervaring in HR? Geen probleem! Onze klant neemt jou graag van A tot Z mee doorheen het hele takenpakket.
  • Je hebt interesse in HR
  • Je hebt een vlotte talenkennis Nederlands-Engels
  • Je hebt leert graag nieuwe zaken bij.
  • Je haalt energie uit administratie.
  • Je kijkt graag kritisch naar dossiers.
  • Je bent iemand cijfermatig, nauwkeurig en administratief zeer sterk.
  • Je waardeert stabiliteit en denkt graag op de lange termijn.
