Unique zoekt een Wagenparkbeheerder voor een online autoverdeler!

Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook administratief sterk staat? Krijg je energie van een gevarieerde job waarin je afwisselt tussen bureauwerk en praktische taken op het terrein? En heb je al ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie? Dan hebben wij misschien wel de perfecte match voor jou!

Als Wagenparkbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt. Van de administratieve verwerking van binnenkomende voertuigen tot het organiseren van het wagenpark op het terrein: jij houdt het overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat elke wagen op de juiste plek staat én klaar is voor de volgende stap.

Wat staat er op jouw planning?

Geen dag is dezelfde! Dit mag je verwachten van jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwerken van binnenkomende voertuigen en documenten.
  • Voertuigen inspecteren en foto-inspecties van dealers beoordelen.
  • Controleren en overhandigen van documenten en sleutels aan de receptie.
  • Verplaatsen en ordenen van voertuigen op het terrein.
  • Versturen van herinneringen voor het ophalen van voertuigen.
  • Uitschrijven van kentekenplaten.
  • Aanvragen, plannen en opvolgen van schoonmaakbeurten.

We zoeken een Wagenparkbeheerder die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, oog heeft voor detail en initiatief durft te nemen. Je combineert administratieve skills met een praktische aanpak en weet van aanpakken. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan ben jij misschien wel de match die we zoeken!

  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of bent handig met auto’s.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een basiskennis van voertuigadministratie.
  • Je neemt initiatief en bepaalt zelfstandig waar voertuigen het best staan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om voertuigen op het terrein te verplaatsen.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en houdt het overzicht wanneer het druk wordt.
