Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een creatieve geest en een passie voor projectmatig werken, marketing en communicatie? Voor een Belgisch softwarebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in systeemintegratie voor bedrijven en organisaties, met vestiging in Wommelgem, zijn we bij Unique op zoek naar een (initieel tijdelijke) Project & Marketing Coördinator.

Jouw eerste grote uitdaging? Het organiseren van het jubileumfeest voor het 25-jarig bestaan van het bedrijf. Daarnaast neem je interne verbeterprojecten en marketingondersteuning in handen, met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je organiseert en coördineert het bedrijfsfeest voor het 25-jarig bestaan van het bedrijf van A tot Z (voorjaar 2027).
  • Je neemt verschillende interne verbeterprojecten in handen, zoals het optimaliseren van CRM-gegevens, de vernieuwing van de backoffice en de verdere digitalisering van processen.
  • Je ondersteunt marketing- en communicatieactiviteiten door teksten, vertalingen, presentaties en offertes uit te werken en projecten digitaal sterker zichtbaar te maken.
  • Je creëert en publiceert digitale content, verzorgt eenvoudige updates aan de WordPress-website en maakt waar nodig video’s of aftermovies.
  • Je houdt voeling met de dagelijkse kantoorwerking en neemt waar nodig praktische backoffice- en administratieve taken op.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelors- of Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in marketing, communicatie of eventmanagement en kijkt terug op een eerste relevante ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent een geboren organisator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig projecten coördineert en mensen in beweging krijgt.
  • Je hebt een sterke digitale interesse en feeling met contentcreatie. Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office en ervaring met WordPress, video-editing of AI-tools is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent proactief, ondernemend en creatief ingesteld.
