Enkele verantwoordelijkheden die je als Verkoper Telecom kan verwachten:

  • Je verkoopt Telecomproducten en -diensten met als doel individuele doelstellingen te behalen, en draagt bij aan het behalen teamresultaten en klanttevredenheidsdoelstellingen.
  • Je onderneemt acties om de maandelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen en draagt bij tot het behalen van zowel kwantitatieve als kwalitatieve doelstellingen op winkelniveau.
  • Je respecteert de processen, procedures en werkmethodes om de klant zo goed mogelijk te helpen.
  • Je draagt bij aan het netjes en ordelijk houden van de winkel.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Engels of Frans is een plus.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring binnen Sales-verkoop.
  • Je bent flexibel en integer.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en zet de klant op de eerste plaats.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met stressvolle situaties, zoals een winkel die vol loopt tijdens de solden- of kerstperiodes.
  • Je bent proactief en in staat om op zoek te gaan naar de juiste oplossingen; je hebt een actieve interesse in nieuwe producten en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, kan vlot communiceren en geeft jezelf volledig om de teamdoelstellingen te behalen.
