Jobomschrijving

Ben je nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving? Voor een financiële dienstverlener zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Operations die mee instaat voor de correcte verwerking van administratieve en reglementaire dossiers.

Jouw functie

Als Administratief Medewerker Operations ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende interne diensten, externe partners en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen vlot, correct en volgens de geldende regelgeving verlopen.

Jouw taken

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van administratieve en reglementaire dossiers
  • Behandelen van aanvragen van externe instanties en officiële onderzoeken
  • Opvolgen van specifieke klantendossiers en administratieve formaliteiten
  • Beheer van diverse administratieve processen en databankupdates
  • Opmaak van attesten, documentkopieën en administratieve rapporteringen
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Ondersteunen van projecten, testen van nieuwe processen en verbeterinitiatieven
  • Fungeren als back-up voor collega's wanneer nodig

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of administratieve richting
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en blijft efficiënt onder druk
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office; een goede kennis van Excel is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring binnen de financiële sector is een troef, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen eveneens in aanmerking
