Unique Waregem zoekt een Commercieel Administratief Medewerker voor een bedrijf in Tielt

Jij bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je luistert naar hun vraag, denkt mee over de mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief correct wordt opgevolgd. Van offerte tot factuur, van eerste telefoontje tot levering: jij houdt de touwtjes stevig in handen.

Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde. Het ene moment beantwoord je een klantenvraag of maak je een offerte op, het volgende moment verwerk je bestellingen, stem je af met de productie of volg je een dossier administratief op.

Jouw takenpakket als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je verwerkt aanvragen, bestellingen en offertes nauwkeurig.
  • Je adviseert klanten over materialen, mogelijkheden en oplossingen.
  • Je volgt offertes proactief op en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie en houdt de administratie correct en up-to-date.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in productie en administratie om dossiers vlot af te handelen.

Dit verwachten wij van jou als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker:

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd en houdt overzicht wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan klanten ook in het Frans verder helpen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Office 365.
  • Technische interesse of affiniteit met hout, interieur of productie is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
