Ben jij klantgericht, administratief sterk en hou je van een gevarieerde functie waarin je de schakel vormt tussen klanten, sales en interne diensten? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Als Customer Service Medewerker/Sales Assistant beheer je klantdossiers van A tot Z en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van bestellingen, offertes en commerciële afspraken. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een uitstekende klantenervaring binnen een dynamische B2B-omgeving gespecialiseerd in verpakkingsoplossingen.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert klantdossiers van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van commerciële afspraken.
  • Je adviseert klanten en biedt ondersteuning bij vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen nauwkeurig op in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van orderstatussen, levertermijnen en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Je ondersteunt het sales team bij offertes, prijsopgaven en klantinformatie.
  • Je bewaakt prijsafspraken, levervoorwaarden en andere commerciële afspraken.
  • Je coördineert intern met aankoop, logistiek, finance en kwaliteit om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je registreert klantvragen en klachten en zorgt voor een professionele en oplossingsgerichte opvolging.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct en up-to-date staat in CRM- en ERP-systemen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisaties en verbeteringen van de customer journey.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte voorraad- en orderopvolging.
  • Je waakt over een hoge klanttevredenheid en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare stabiele ervaring binnen customer service, sales support, internal sales of een administratief-commerciële functie. (must!)
  • Ervaring binnen een B2B-omgeving is een grote troef.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en CRM-systemen.
  • Kennis van Microsoft 365 is vanzelfsprekend.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain Management of Navision is een plus.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
