Unique Menen zoekt voor een klant in Ieper een Technisch Operator.

Als Technisch Operator bewaak je het volledige productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief verloopt. Wat doe je precies?

  • Machines bedienen & instellen: je start installaties op, controleert parameters en stuurt bij waar nodig om een stabiele productie te garanderen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren: je voert vaste checks uit en grijpt onmiddellijk in bij afwijkingen. Je rapporteert helder naar de teamleider.
  • Basis onderhoud: je smeert, reinigt en inspecteert machines en verhelpt kleine technische problemen zodat alles optimaal blijft draaien.
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen: je zoekt de oorzaak, onderneemt de juiste acties en zorgt dat het proces snel terug operationeel is.
  • Veiligheid bewaken: je volgt alle procedures strikt op, meldt onveilige situaties en werkt volgens de geldende normen en regelgeving.
  • Samenwerken & communiceren: je werkt nauw samen met collega-operators en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht van informatie.

Na een grondige interne opleiding van minimum 6 maanden draai je mee in een wachtdienstsysteem:

  • Je bent gemiddeld 1 week op 4 à 5 weken van wacht
  • Tijdens deze wachtdienst ben je 24/7 bereikbaar om de installatie op te volgen en in te grijpen waar nodig
  • Het is daarom belangrijk dat je binnen een straal van /- 30 minuten van de site woont
  • Zodra je de wachtdienst volledig zelfstandig kan uitvoeren, ontvang je hiervoor een extra wachtpremie.

Jij bent iemand die...

  • een technische opleiding (mechanica, elektriciteit, biotechnieken, landbouw...) heeft op bachelorniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom;
  • vlot Nederlands spreekt;
  • leergierig, nauwkeurig en plichtsbewust is;
  • doorzet en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.
