Als Accountmanager ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw portefeuille.

Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met technische beslissingsnemers zoals maintenance managers, project engineers en operations managers, en begeleidt hen van eerste contact tot succesvolle samenwerking.

Je combineert business sense met technische affiniteit en werkt nauw samen met onze Solution en Service Engineers om klanten de juiste oplossing te bieden.

De focus ligt op inhoudelijke verkoop, meedenken met de klant en het ontwikkelen van opportuniteiten op lange termijn.

Je werkt vanuit het HQ in Lommel én on-site bij klanten in de BeNeLux.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Opbouwen, beheren en uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille binnen een technische B2B-omgeving
  • Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Sparren met bestaande klanten over optimalisaties, uitbreidingen en nieuwe toepassingen
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete commerciële en technische trajecten
  • Samenwerken met Solution Engineers om tot onderbouwde voorstellen te komen
  • Opstellen, toelichten en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij investeringsbeslissingen
  • Opvolgen van lopende dossiers en zorgen voor correcte overdracht naar uitvoering
  • Registreren van markt- en klantinformatie in het ERP-systeem (Odoo)
  • Actief bijdragen aan marktkennis, klantinzichten en commerciële strategie

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Je hebt ervaring in B2B-sales, bij voorkeur in een technisch of industriële context
  • Technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit
  • Je beheerst uitstekend de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken op technisch inhoudelijk niveau
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven, maar denkt altijd in duurzame oplossingen[IH1]
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, planmatig en resultaatgericht
  • Je bouwt vlot vertrouwen op en weet relaties te verdiepen
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en overtuigend
  • Je hebt de maturiteit om klanten te begeleiden op lange termijn

Extra pluspunten:

  • Ervaring in industriële omgevingen (procesindustrie, recyclage, bouw, energie, …)
  • Kennis van pomptechniek of slurry-toepassingen
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (Odoo)
